How can I pay for my T-shirt?

How do I know that you have received my order successfully?

On successful completion of an order at Response Clothing Co. you will receive an email from us. It will contain your order number and order details. Please keep this email safe as you will need the order number for any further queries you may have.

Why did I not recieve my confirmation email?

All order confirmation emails are generated and sent automatically upon successful completion of an order. If you have not received one of these it may be due to a problem with your mailbox. It may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam and junk folders.

I made a mistake, can I change my order?

If you discover you have made a mistake after you have confirmed your order, you will need to email to let us know.

I want to return an item, is there a Returns Policy?

Returning an unwanted item

Every T-shirt t Response .? is individually produced before dispatch and is not bulk produced.

We will only refund the cost and delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of our error.  

Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be exchanged for a different size / style / store credit if received within 30 days and the item is faulty.

If an item returned is found to be ineligible for return/refund/exchange for reasons stated within these terms, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs we incur to send the item back.


I don't know what size to get, is there a size chart?

Yes, we provide size charts to assist you with your choice and these can be found on the product page for each item.

How do I wash and iron my T-shirt?

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items. Printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

Do the T-shirts look the same as what they do on my computer screen?

Colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Where in the world do you ship to?

Response .? Clothing Co. deliver every T-shirt, to anywhere in the world, for free. The shipping cost is included in the price you pay for the T-shirt. Some countries cost US a little more to ship to, some a little less but we average this out in our pricing structure.

When is my credit card processed and charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you click the Place Order button. If you wish to use your PayPal account (or use PayPal to process your card details) click Proceed to PayPal and your card will processed that way.

Are my details secure and private?

We use PayPal and Stripe to process our online orders. PayPal and Stripe are the two leading internet payment service providers. They are also the most secure. This gives our customers full peace of mind when shopping at Our website if fully secure and encrypted. Customers personal details are never shared with any third parties. Only the email addresses for those who have subscribed to our newsletters are kept on file.
